Double and twin rooms are available with ensuite/private bathrooms - all have lovely views over the garden to the hills or the surrounding countryside. 

Each centrally heated room has a tea/coffee tray with biscuits, a hair dryer, a radio and a folder full of local information.

Guests are welcome to relax in the elegant coral drawing room with its deep chintz sofas and open log fire  - there are numerous illustrated books and guides covering all aspects of Scotland's history and countryside, as well as board games and television.

In the summer breakfast is eaten in the conservatory surrounded by magnificent geraniums - Barbara cooks to order and uses fresh farm or local produce if possible - there is always a wide choice whatever your dietary requirements.

£30-£37.50 per person per night  - based on two people sharing a room.

The local area has a large range of  restaurants and bistros and there are two good pubs a mile away in the picturesque village of Gifford.
